Luxe Aesthetics Co. Refund Policy

At Luxe Aesthetics Co., your safety, satisfaction, and experience are extremely important to us. Because aesthetic treatments are customized to each individual and results may vary, all completed services and treatments are final and non-refundable.

Injectable & Aesthetic Treatment: Once treatment has been performed or product has been administered, refunds will not be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory treatments, PRP, microneedling, and other aesthetic services. Aesthetic results can vary from person to person, and additional treatment may sometimes be needed to achieve a desired result. Additional treatments or products are not automatically complimentary and may result in additional charges. If you have concerns regarding your treatment or results, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, so we can evaluate you and determine the appropriate next steps. Your safety and satisfaction are always our priority.

Booking Deposits: The $100 booking deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE for late cancellations or no-shows. Appointments may be rescheduled according to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Packages and Prepaid Services: Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable once treatment has begun. Any unused services will be handled according to the terms provided at the time of purchase and applicable law.

Retail Products: Opened or used skincare and retail products are non-refundable. Defective or damaged products should be reported to us promptly so we can assist you.

Billing Errors: This policy does not prevent Luxe Aesthetics from issuing a refund when appropriate, including duplicate charges, billing errors, or other circumstances as determined by management.
